Help
You can check your order status anytime using our Track Order option, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number and we'll try our best to update it. Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be changed.
Our Bali-style earrings are made with a high-quality brass base with 18K gold plating. All other jewelry — rings, necklaces, bangles, anklets, and non-Bali earrings — use a stainless steel base with 18K gold plating.
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available for genuinely defective items — please email us an unedited unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Sale and discounted items are final sale unless defective.
Our 18K gold plating is designed to resist tarnishing with proper care. Avoiding contact with water, perfume, and sweat will help keep the plating looking new for longer.
With regular wear, our pieces are made to last. Avoiding direct contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals, and storing pieces in a dry place, will help prevent premature fading.
Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume, and sweat. Store each piece separately in a dry, airtight pouch when not in use, and put it on after applying makeup or perfume — not before.
We ship across India and internationally. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours (Mon-Sat). Domestic delivery takes 6-7 business days after dispatch (J&K, military, and rural addresses may take longer; Delhi NCR is usually faster). International delivery takes 15-20 business days.
You can reach us on WhatsApp or through the Contact Us tab below, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Enter your AWB / consignment number to see live tracking — works automatically for DTDC and any other courier.

More Than Just Jewellery — An Amazing Shopping Experience! ✨
Absolutely in love with ELayers by Maya! ❤️✨
I ordered three neckpieces from their website, and I’m genuinely so happy with the quality. The pieces are beautiful, elegant, and definitely worth the purchase! 💖
What impressed me the most, though, was their amazing customer support. One of the chains accidentally broke within an hour of wearing it, and I reached out to them to explain the situation. They were so understanding and happily offered to exchange the piece. 🥹❤️
Honestly, this kind of after-sales service means so much as a customer. It’s not just about buying beautiful jewellery; it’s also about knowing that a brand genuinely cares about its customers and stands by them. That support has made my overall shopping experience even better!
I absolutely love their products, appreciate their customer service, and will definitely be shopping with them again. Looking forward to adding many more beautiful pieces to my collection! ✨💕 Highly recommended to anyone who loves elegant jewellery and a brand that truly values its customers. ❤️
