Our Bali-style earrings are made with a high-quality brass base with 18K gold plating. All other jewelry — rings, necklaces, bangles, anklets, and non-Bali earrings — use a stainless steel base with 18K gold plating.
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available for genuinely defective items — please email us an unedited unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Sale and discounted items are final sale unless defective.

Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume, and sweat. Store each piece separately in a dry, airtight pouch when not in use, and put it on after applying makeup or perfume — not before.
We ship across India and internationally. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours (Mon-Sat). Domestic delivery takes 6-7 business days after dispatch (J&K, military, and rural addresses may take longer; Delhi NCR is usually faster). International delivery takes 15-20 business days.
