As growth started demanding more structure, Yatin stepped in to take charge of operations, finances, and overall business strategy. With over five years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, from selling on major platforms to managing logistics and finances, he saw real potential in what Elayers By Maya could become. After years of learning the hard way, through job instability and plenty of trial and error, this wasn't just another business decision for him. It was a commitment to building something that would last.

Together, we moved from taking orders in Instagram DMs to launching our own website, building trust one customer at a time and creating a brand that stands for reliability and consistency. Every phase of this journey was built slowly and honestly, without shortcuts, so that quality, customer satisfaction, and transparency stayed at the core of everything we did.
