Return & Exchange Policy

Any exchange or refund will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end and supported by proof from the customers.

we do not offer exchanges or refunds in case of a change of mind of the customers.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your purchased item is defective.

In case of damaged goods, the amount will be refunded or get exchanged if it's not sold out, provided a full video proof from opening the seal of the package till the end with no cuts, no filter, and no editing.

Without the proof, Elegante Layer will be in no position to process the refund.

Claims will only be entertained with proof.

Note: No Refund and Exchange will be considered in case of size issues.

Conditions for a refund:

  • An unboxing video should be from the start of the package including the name, address sheet, and the bill of the order.
  • The video should be unfiltered, and unedited with no cuts in between.
  • The proof should be sent by email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • If exceeded 24 hours Elegante Layer will under no circumstance process the refund.
  • Only the amount of the product will be refunded and not the shipping cost.
  • The exchange of the damaged products will be done according to the availability of the product, in case the product is not available the customer can either wait for the stock or ask for a refund. (shipping charges under any circumstance are non-refundable)
  • No refund or cancelations will be initiated while the order is still in transit.
  • No refund or cancelations will be initiated if the reason is a delay in delivery since we have no control over the courier services.
  • No refund or cancelations will be initiated if the order is processed as usual.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items, sale times are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Sale items are non-refundable
  • if the shipping cost has to be borne by us, the cost should not exceed 80/- (the shipping charges will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end and provided with proof)
  • There will be no exchange or refund if the product has already been used by the customers.
    If the package is lost or misplaced due to the incorrect/incomplete address,
    Elegante Layer 
    will under no circumstance be responsible and under no circumstance will initiate any kind of refund.

• If the customer rejects a prepaid order at the time of delivery, Elegante Layer will be under no obligation to provide any kind of refund.

    • IMPORTANT: If the package is returned back to us due to the customer's fault (wrong/incomplete address/contact details. Customer not picking up a call or rejecting the parcel), only 50% of the Product’s amount will be refunded within 10-15 days after parcel reaching back to us. And if that parcel needs to be sent again shipping charges of ₹80 have to be paid again for reshipping

Note: If the customer fails to report within 24 hours after receiving the products no refund or exchange will be initiated.

If any parcel gets returned due to any reason shipping for resenting the parcel needs to be paid again ₹80
