**Return & Exchange Policy**

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if:

1. Replacement will be provided if the order was delivered damaged.
2. You received an incorrect order.
3. Refund will be provided only if the product is out of stock.

4.We only entertain replacements or exchanges. If a customer wishes to return a product, the back and forth shipping charges will be paid by the customer.


To verify these cases, we require an unboxing video. Please ensure to record the entire unboxing process.

If any package is returned to us for any reason, shipping charges will be null and void. If you wish to have the package resent, you will need to bear the reattempt charges, which will be communicated to you by us.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the purchased item is defective. In the case of damaged goods only replacement will be provided if the product is still in stock, that too will be considered after a full video proof is submitted within the 24 Hrs of the delivery . The video must show the entire unboxing process from opening the sealed package to the end, without cuts, filters, or editing. Without this proof, Elayers cannot process the refund.

Claims will only be considered with proper proof. Please note: No refund will be issued for size issues; customers can only exchange the products.

**Cancellation Policy**

We have a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an Prepaid order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Only Cash on delivery orders can be canceled.

**Items Not Eligible for Exchange**

The following items do not qualify for exchange:
- Packages lost in shipment sent by the customer.
- Packages refused by the recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Incorrect delivery addresses leading to failed delivery attempts by our courier agent, resulting in the package being returned to us. In such cases, the customer will bear the shipping charges for reshipment.
- Minor variations in color and design of jewelry.

**Refunds for Customer's Fault**

If products are returned to us due to the customer's fault (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address/contact details, failure to accept delivery), only 50% of the product amount will be refunded within 10-15 days after the products are returned to us. If the products need to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge of ₹80 will be applicable on prepaid orders and 120/- on COD orders.

Please note: No refund or exchange will be initiated if the customer fails to report issues within 24 hours of receiving the products.

**International Orders**

We do not provide a reverse pickup facility for international shipments. All shipping charges for returns or exchanges, including brokerage fees, will be paid by the customer.

**Refund**

If you have placed a prepaid order and the product is not available with us, we will refund only for the particular product, not for the entire order.
