• Ensure your jewellery does not come in contact with direct heat, perfumes, hair sprays or body lotions
• Store each piece separately to avoid chipping, scratches or any entanglement
• Do not use soap or toothpaste or sauce to clean your jewellery 
• Do not rub or scratch your jewellery against other pieces to avoid the plating from wearing off

Shipping will be calculated on the time of checkout.

We deliver to all and any postal address across India. So, we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
Also be aware that all shipments to any Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer’s risk. If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, elegantelayers.com will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

When will you ship my order?
We process and dispatch orders within 24-48  hours from the order placed  . You will get regular updates of your order on your registered email address.

When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days . Please note -orders to J&K, military addresses; rural domestic addresses require two or more additional days to deliver. We work with all leading logistics partners in India to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your order. You can track your order at anytime with the provided tracking details in your email.
